Where is the support? ZERO help and assistance

TP used to have excellent support (within 24 hours) now there is none. Its unfortunate as this is a good product. I will just to look elsewhere as my management requires a SOP of 24 hour turnaround when support is needed.

NOTE: I would happy to pay a licensing fee if support would be in the cards. Make it happen TP.

There are many people including me who will be happy to pay fees if TP promises stability and support.
