Trouble to open my andriod phone

Unable to record test cases i can run the exesting test cases but unable to record new test

Please note: we are supporting Android versions: 7.0 - 12.0
Can you please ensure that you have enabled these options on your android device :
USB debugging
USB debugging(Security setting)
Install via USB

I am using version 12 and i have enable the USB debugging and install via USB still i am getting same error
