TestProject running slow

Hi guys! Have you encountered now the TestProject is running slow like click any tab (Projects/Monitor/Reports) can’t load the page or can’t able to create a script using TestProject recorder

Same here. I thought it was my internet connection but no. Same as you, been having an issue opening tests. hope somebody from testproject can check.

We’re working on it, should be fixed as soon as possible.

Hi @alex.ivanov still experiencing the issue in Monitor Tab and delayed result for Reports Tab (need to multiple refresh to reflect the latest result)

I have an empty Monitor Tab when I have scheduled the job.

Hi. Why testproject works slowly and gives an error message “Operation failed. Please try again”? Test editing is interrupted.

As you know, our team is working to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
TestProject is currently undergoing a migration process, so you might occasionally encounter some downtime.

If you are still facing related issues, try the following solutions:

  1. Follow this document to empty cache.
  2. Restart your computer.

If you are still experiencing these issues after following said solutions:

  1. Restart your agent.
  2. Reproduce the issue.
  3. Send the agent logs of today for analysis to support@testproject.io
