TestAgent not reconnecting after site maintenance?

Hey guys,

TestProject went through some maintenance period yesterday and after the maintenance our test agents stopped communicating with the site. We had to manually restart the agents to begin running our jobs again.

Is there any recommendation from TestProject that we can implement on our side to ensure that after any future maintenance is complete that the agents can communicate without needing to be manually restarted?

Hi Michael,

This is not the expected behavior for maintenance updates.
We already identified an issue that prevented some Agents from resuming normal operation and will fix it in an upcoming Agent update.

I don’t know if it is the same issue, but on MacookAir agent is not visible after installing a new version… now on the 2 latest versions I do not see the agent
Previously, just before the new install, I remember I selected Hide from Dock icon, on right-click
