TestAgent After Update Fails to Start

Test Agent ran on mac yesterday and after today it starts then stops for no reason, no longer able to connect phone to site even though its says I’m connected. But Agent is disconnected and I cannot get it to run.

Started this morning. Was there another maintenance performed?
I am getting “…agent busy…”. Either choice results in no connection.

Tried it on a clean Windows, downloaded and installed latest agent Once installed and started there the agent is in perpetual starting… So something is majorly wrong.

Okay now it runs fine on Mac and Windows, must be something that was on their end.
