Take Screenshot Failed to generate security policy

Receiving “Failed to generate security policy” intermittently for Take screenshot from the addon Screenshot Utils. Is there anything I can do for this test to execute more consistently?

Can you please share the following:

  1. Which operating system are you using.
  2. The Logs of your agent.
    This how you can download the agent logs from TestProject:

  1. How often does this happen?
  2. Can you please share the full report of this test where it failed.

Also if you can share some details on what the test does so we can better troubleshoot this.

  3. First time I saw this was Friday 6/5. It happened for one other addon but I cannot remember which it was. Failed more than it passed.

Test is clicking on a link that opens a pdf in a new tab. I am switching to the tab, taking a screenshot, and validating it matches with a saved screenshot.

I’ve looked over the logs you just sent us.
It seems that every time there is a failure to generate security policy it shows up because you don’t have enough space on your device.

Can you confirm this to be true or false? maybe add a screenshot of your hard-disk?


I think that could be it. I had to do some cleaning of my C Drive, and I have not experienced the issue today.
