"Something went wrong, unable to generate" message for Test Document and Manual Test

Since there is no way to enter a message into your “Help” chat, I am posting my issue here. I try to generate a Manual Test or a Test Document for a TestProject automated test, but I continue to get the message “Something went wrong, unable to generate. If the issue persists please contact support.” Well, Yes, the issue definitely persists; but No, I don’t see any way to contact support. Now what?
