Something went wrong message is coming when I try to record either on andorid mobile or web in chrome browser

What device are you trying to connect, and were you able to use it before?
Also can you please send your agent logs to support@testproject.io

Hi,

I tried with both android devices and also web (without mobile) but in both cases at the time of recording, it shows a message like something went wrong.

In web, I scripted (wrote) the steps and it does work fine but still I am not able to record the steps.

Please let me know where I can see the agent logs?
