Sharing test cases issue

Hi
I have big issue with sharing test cases, I shared the test with my college in the work and when he execute it, the execution start but just after few second everything closed.
Someone have idea about it ?

Hi,
I found the issue , the problem was with testproject service installed in his device.
so after re-install the service, the sharing test worked .
