Screenshots do not work

The Take Screenshot function is no longer working. I am receiving this error:

Take screenshot
Message
Failed to convert the image to jpg at io.testproject.Addon.Actions.Base.TakeScreenshotBase.convertImageFormat(TakeScreenshotBase.java:127)

I’ve tried other image types, but all return the same error

Update: Screenshots saved to a local filepath work, the issue is saving screenshots to a network path
