Schedule issue [Couldn't update job Unable to add job schedule]

Today I facing with create schedule issue. I can’t create schedule. When click to create schedule system display “Couldn’t update job Unable to add job schedule”. You can check scenario follow VDO link (Include debug console in VDO)
