Reset App step doesn't start the app

Hi,

I run into the following issue with the local test records/agent: the Reset App step doesn’t start the app.

When I run the step in the recorder without the app started on the device the result of the step iss green but the app isn’t started.

When I run the step in the recorder while the app is already started on the device the result of the step is green, the app is closed, but the app isn’t started.

If I run the test on the local agent, the first step after the Reset App step fails due to a timeout since the app isn’t started.

If I run the test via a job on BrowserStack the reset app step works as expected.

I’m using the latest version of the agent 0.62.3 and tested on Android 9 and 10.
