Regarding TestProject Maintenance

We are facing the issue “Application is under maintenance, We will be back shortly” every week, it has blocked our work, and see there is no ETA provided for this maintenance.
Request you to please provide the ETA details and also confirm whether this is going to be a recurring maintenance activity or an ad-hoc one.
It will be really helpful if we are notified well in advance of this kind of maintenance activity.
Also when we contact the support team they are not replying.
