On notifications I would like to send emails to anyone, not just team members. We would like to set up a shared mail box, email the CIO, email the helpdesk, etc.
At the moment emails are available only to team mates in the same account.
What you can do is add another user to the account with an email which is shared between all the members you want to receive the email, and not just team members.
that way when you set that new user to receive email notifications, everyone who shares that email account will get them as well.
Another solution is inviting all team members to the account, it is free with unlimited amount of users, then they can have direct access to emails and reports, and the registration is very simple.
