Try to delete your Agent from the Agents tab and reregister again.

it worked for me.
but this happens to me often and I have to register it more than once and sometimes it even appears disconnected and without doing the new registration it becomes active.
Which Agent version are you using?
Try to update to the last version, if you still facing this issue, send us your Agent logs to the support email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check it out.
