Issue with agent disconnection

Agent version: 0.63.9
OS: Windows 10

I am able to successfully create and register a new agent, followed by recording and running tests with no problem. If I step away from the machine for a bit and it goes to sleep, when I log back in the agent is unable to communicate with the server - it shows as disconnected. If I try restarting the agent, it is still unable to connect to the registered agent on the server. At that point, I have to delete the agent and re-register to continue working.

Any ideas on why this is happening and how to resolve?

I am trying to perform Mobile app recordings. I am also facing the same issue. It is like each and every time, we need to delete and download a new agent and register the device again. If possible, please resolve it asap which will will help us to make use of test project more efficient.

You’ve tried to restart the agent, have you tried to ‘quit’ the agent instead and then to reopen it?
In case that does not help, can you try restarting your PC before reinstalling the agent?
