Invite Team Member block mail address

Steps
Invite someone to be a team member by email
They do not accept the invitation
Try to invite them again by mail

Expected
Another mail is sent

Actual
I get “This email already in use!” error

This means system prematurely creates account for that mail which allows me to block mails from being used.

Suggestion
Only block the mail after invitee has actually signed up to TP.
