I cant connect to the agent from my Window PC to my teammate’s iPhone that is connected with her Mac/PC. What should I do?

Can your teammate mirror her own device?
Is her agent set to public in the general tab?
Have you tried restarting your teammates agent?
If the issue persists, can you please open the Chrome developer tools by pressing F12 on your device, head over to the network tab, attempt to mirror your teammates device. Then right click over there save it all as a har file and send it to us?
