'Failed·to·execute test' Error

I keep getting this error in my reports

I spoke with browser stack and and their engineers informed me that this error is not being logged on their side. I’ve noticed these errors happen a whole lot less on the weekends than during the week. Can I get an engineer to look at this with me? is @Amit.Lacher available? This error has been present for a while now. Started being an issue after the test project backend upgrade.
