Error message`` OpenJDK Platform binary...`` is often displayed

Is often I got the following error message when I run job, click on view device button :

for you information I use IOS device 12.4.2

so to resolve the issue, I have to disconnect TP, unplug device, restart my computer, sometime I need to upload same Provisioning Profile.
Which unfortunately leaves me to think about abandoning this tool!

Please do the following to help us identify the issue:

  1. Restart your Agent
  2. Reproduce the issue you encountered
  3. Send us the agent logs of today for analysis to our support@testproject.io
