Driver session failed pop-up

When I try to run my test cases with ios device connected to the win machine, the testproject in my device open and close many time then I got the following error message:

I tried to restart Agent, I got same issue

Please try the following:

  1. Restart the iOS device.
  2. Delete the TestProject app installed on the device.
  3. Restart your machine.

In case the issue persist, please contact our support with the agent log files.

How to uninstall the TestProject app installed on the device ?

Because when I hold Testproject icon on the device, I don’t find delete option :

Please try to file the application instead of the shortcut or find it in the settings and remove it.
It should get removed like other applications.
