Communication to the server failed

Communication Failure

There is no communication to the server. Please close the recorder and try opening it again.
Still experiencing issues? please contact support

This message is displayed for the past 2 days. Cannot execute or record.
while recording this message pops up and logs me out of testproject
Troubleshooting

  1. Cleaned up the browsing history
  2. Updated the agent
  3. Register the agent

We are working to resolve this issue ASAP,
I have added this thread to to the open ticket on this subject.
I will update you here, once it’s resolved.
