Application reset action not working in some setup

The starting Reset App action does not successfully cleared the application data when executing in my Mac agent in the 2 below scenarios:
(1) Android app with Mac agent v3.5.0
(2) iOS app with Mac agent v3.4.2

I notice there was a ticket TP-17032 raised for similar issue but I am not sure whether it covers my scenarios. Could you share with us the details of ticket TP-17032 ?

Android - This is a known issue that should be fixed with the release of version 3.5.1.
Meanwhile, you can revert to version 3.4.2 of the agent.
