[API Automation] Want to generate OAuth 2.0 token specific to the API call

Team,
Currently, I am using postman for API automation and would like to explore TestProject for the same
Can someone let me know if it is possible to generate OAuth 2.0 which is specific to the API call by providing access token url, Client ID and client Secret ID which will generate the token when we run the test?

Question 2: Is it possible to test only APIs without front end like we do in Postman?
