Anyone else having issues with the recorder?

It seems that when I select on a pre-existing test, the recorder starts fine but I am unable to scroll the test steps up or down, this is causing a huge problem as I cannot fix or edit my test steps beyond what is the visible steps. example 1-13. Hope this makes sense and can be correct ASAP. As I am totally stuck.

Just to make sure, can you please send a screenshot of how the recorder menu looks right after opening the recorder.

I can scroll here ^ but as soon as I do the run till here once the test runs to the point indicated the scrolling stops working.
