How do I manage the speed to execute recorded tests?
« on: August 27, 2018, 14:04:16 pm »
Hi, I wonder how I can manage the speed the agent is performing my recorded test?
It is failing due to it is performing the tests too fast, for example I recorded in a textfield to type "TEST" but when it is executing it types "TESTTEST" because it is performing the test too fast. I can set waiting or pause but that is making this harder to manage in my opinion.

Good question Christer!

To moderate the execution speed of your test you can simply add a default sleep before step execution which will effectively make the test run slower.
To achieve this go to test settings and set a default step pause. This setting will be applied to all existing/new steps of the test unless the step has a specific setting in which case it will override the default test setting.
