I created a web test and choose to execute it on safari browser. nothing happens. In the "Reports" tab I see the test skipped with an error.

Hi, because it's your first test run on safari browser, it seems like your safari not allowing the remote automation option by default. In Reports tab, you can check the error details by clicking on the error icon right next to the skipped text under 'status'.
If this is the case perform the following steps:
1. open Safari browser
2. go to 'Develop' tab
3. click on 'Allow Remote Automation'
After that your tests should be executed without problem on safari and you don't need to perform this steps again.
